If this option is checked, GoodSync will initiate the Runner Service Setup (which can also be run through Tools > Runner Service Setup) and request the Windows Account password for the currently logged in user. This will allow scheduled jobs to execute even if the user is logged off or the application is closed. If checked, jobs will run through the GoodSync Runner Service.
